The obvious news story for the first month is we have a new website. The website is not only to promote the lakes but also a tool for the local fishing enthusiasts to use as a resource helping each other to keep up to date, talking through problems on the forum and generally keeping in touch with like minded people.

The fishery would like to clear up one on going question, Has the carp lake got any disease or infection as reported on some forums?
Answer NO !!
We had fish taken and tested, and they were given the all clear.
The problem was high ammonia in the water, this has now balanced its self out.
